MacGregor State High School ตั้งอยู่จากใจกลางเมือง 13 กิโลเมตร ใกล้กับ Griffith University และ The Queensland Sport and Athletic Centre โดยการเดินทางที่สะดวกสบายใกล้แหล่งช๊อปปิ้ง และสวนสาธารณะ

ด้วยความแข็งเกร่งทางวิชาการของเราทำให้นักเรียนที่เรียนจบจาก MacGregor ในปี 2017 มีนักเรียนของเรากว่า 98% สามารถเข้าเรียนต่อในมหาวิทยาลัย และสถาบันอาชีวะศึกษา เหตุผลที่ทำให้นักเรียนของเราสามารถเข้าเรียนต่อในระดับอุดมศึกษาได้จำนวนมากเพราะว่าเรามีการเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับนักเรียนของเราตั้งแต่ Year 11 – 12

นอกจากสายวิชาการที่เราโดดเด่นแล้ว นักเรียนของเรายังได้ทำกิจกรรมเสริมมากมาย เช่น การเล่นดนตรี, การแข่งกีฬา, งานศิลปะ และอื่น ๆ เป็นต้น
